No Debate: Matt Rosendale Supported Transferring Public Lands in Past Debates
Billings—In the lead-up to the first Montana Senate debate of the general election, here’s a look back at a couple of East Coast developer Matt Rosendale’s past debate lowlights, where Rosendale showed his true colors on public lands.
Rosendale was unabashed in his support for transferring federal public lands. He called it the “primary thing we have to focus on,” and said transferring public lands would present “tremendous economic development opportunity.”
He even said there was “no call in the Constitution” for federal public lands.
