BILLINGS, Mont.—The campaign of Montana farmer Jon Tester today released clips of key moments in Montana’s first televised U.S. Senate debate.
“Tester came off as the smoother debater, making his points quickly and with biting humor,” The Hill Newspaper reports. “Rehberg flailed his hands wildly, rushed through responses and stuttered at times.”
Rehberg spent much of the debate flustered and angry as Tester held him accountable for failing to pass a Farm Bill and voting for Obama-supported policies that hurt Montana.
