Great Falls Tribune: Baucus, Tester express concern over drone use
Montana’s two senators called this week for the federal government to release more information about its use of drone technology.
In a letter to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Democratic Sens. Max Baucus and Jon Tester asked for all legal opinions related to the use of surveillance drones inside the United States.
“Of great concern to us is the use of drones within the United States as tools for enhanced aerial surveillance, and at the heart of this issue is the right to privacy,” they said in their letter.
