KTVQ: Sen. Tester calls to congratulate team
Senator Jon Tester called Williamsport today to congratulate Ben Ackelson, the slugger who bombed the walk-off home run last night, and to wish the entire Montana team good luck in the U.S. Championship game.
Tester submitted written remarks (below) on the team’s success to the Congressional Record.
The Senator plans to watch Saturday’s game in Billings in the Petro Theater on the MSU-Billings campus.
