KBZK: Senator Jon Tester stops in Bozeman to honor and visit with local veterans
Senator Jon Tester made a stop in Bozeman this morning to honor local veterans.
For veterans in Bozeman, Veterans Day kicked off with a pancake breakfast at the new American Legion Gallatin Post 14 building.
“This is very special to us to have our home back,” said Len Albright who served in the Air Force from 1966 to 1970.
“I think it’s extremely awesome that Senator Tester took time to come see us in our new building, and he’s very impressed with it and very proud of what we’ve done,” Albright said.
Tester, who is a member of the Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, stopped by the breakfast to honor local vets and visit with them.
