Washington politicians and lobbyists jammed legislation through, sometimes in the middle of the night, just hours after its text was released, with illegible scribbles in the margins. Voting for a bill that increases the deficit by $1.5 TRILLION without knowing its long term effects on American families.

This tax scam will affect every American including the hard-working families of Montana. It will raise the deficit by more than a trillion dollars, raise taxes on working people, and rip away health coverage from millions. That’s why I voted no, and it’s why I’m fighting for real reform.
