Corporations are not people!

Corporations are not people. They shouldn’t have the same rights as people. And they shouldn’t be able to spend millions of dollars to influence who real people vote for.

The Supreme Court’s decision in Citizens United said that corporations were essentially people. It opened the door to Super PACs and outside groups that can collect and spend millions of dollars on elections with no transparency, no accountability, and no disclosure of donors. And it needs to end.

I support Jon Tester’s constitutional amendment to stop Citizens United.
