Jon believes that Montana has great potential to be a leader in many industries, and that creating jobs in Montana will put the state on the road to lasting economic growth.

Jon also understands that creating new job opportunities will help sustain Montana’s small communities and ensure that making a living here at home is a viable option for our kids and grandkids.

That’s why creating good-paying jobs in Montana and boosting business for the state’s companies is a major focus of Jon’s work as Senator, from his Small Business Opportunity Workshops across the state, to his law opening up federal contracting work to small companies, to securing investments in infrastructure and public safety jobs making.

Jon also strongly supports equal pay for women for an equal day’s work.
